Colin has over 26 years of security experience and had a resounding impact in his management roles with multinational security providers. In 1999 Colin founded Blayde Frontline Protection - a leading security and Recruitment Company and one of the first to embrace the private security industry act of 2001. Eleven years later with precise decision making and forward-thinking, the company has seen steady growth in the local market place making it the “company of choice”. Colin also dedicates time and effort to raising money for his own charity “moving forward”

Chris McFaul, Senior Partner

Chris has nearly 20 years of retail banking experience in all disciplines including the provision of excellent customer service and contract management. Over the last 11 years Chris’ superb management and leadership skills were utilised by Blayde which has ultimately led to Chris joining the company as a director this year. Chris displays a level of passion that will ensure Blayde Frontline Protection continues to grow and provide the levels of service our customers expect. Chris spends a lot of time, when not working, volunteering as a coach at grass roots football where he currently runs the Spartan Colts U13’s team in Gosport.
