Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will be uniquely agreed to suit you and your business to ensure standards are high and client expectations are met as well as exceeded.
We will meet with your appointed on site manager once a month. Each area on the agreed KPI will be discussed in detail with a score being agreed. Of course we strive to achieve a high score in every area of your agreed KPI’s however, in the unlikely event that we are not meeting your expectation in any KPI, we will ensure that feedback and training is implemented to enable that KPI to be recovered immediately.
